Booking
There’s an 8 hour minimum and 12 hour maximum per day.
The hourly rate is $200 per hour for 30 cast and crew.
The Upstairs bedroom if used is $50 per hour extra.
An addi’l $25 per hour will be added for cast and crew over 30. It will be calculated as an add’l $25/hr per up to 25 add’l cast and crew.
50% of the full booking amount is due 7 days before the first booked date and is non-refundable. The balance will be due on the first day of the booking.
Description
Big front lawn and large backyard. Nice sized living room, dining room directly adjacent through double doors, a nice kitchen, and a breakfast room with separate laundry which can be curtained off for aa dressing room.
Outdoor arbor (with electricity and WiFi) is perfect for a Directors Village if the shoot is outdoors, and the garage (without the car) is perfect for a Producers/Client/Agency Village (with electricity and WiFi). Garage patio with picnic table with umbrella and electrical outlet. Backyard Firepit.
The entrance foyer is a good sized hallway that flows through the dining room into the kitchen. French doors that connect the dining room to the patio (cast/crew staging, makeup area, green room or control room area?).
There is a hallway bathroom, for Production use, just off the dining room. Please do not use flushable wipes.
The breakfast room has a table and 4 chairs and can be used as a make up area. The adjacent laundry room (with wardrobe rack) can be curtained offed as a changing room.
The home faces East-West so the front of the property receives morning light and the back receives the evening light and sunset.
An upstairs bedroom can be used at an extra hourly charge. ($50/hr)
Additional cast and crew will add to the hourly rate
Production
Production call sheet with all participants, including the location owner, is required for COVID-19 tracing. A shot list is also requested.
Protection must be provided to cover the hardwood floors and rugs when equipment is placed on the floors.
No feathers, glitter, confetti, smoke, fog, mist. No megaphones, no PA system, No microphones. Blood must be contained. Any variations will cause the production to be stopped until the adjustments can be made and compensation provided.
A UV room sanitizing light will be used before and after the shoot in areas being used by the production. We can help the production provide booties, gloves, disposable masks, and hand sanitizer. Additionally, the whole house HVAC has a charcoal impregnated HEPA filter. We area also certified by Safe Set International with a COVID-19 certificate of compliance.
The HVAC system will be concentrated in the rooms used for filming. A large cast/crew going in and out the doors, will take away from the cooling provided. Please, do not try to adjust any thermostat.
I do everything that I can to provide a comfortable and safe area with all the things you will need such as electrical outlets. I have a limited number of chairs also available. And a large tree in the back yard for shade.
Anything can be moved as long as it is treated with care and replaced at the end of the shoot. I had one shoot where *everything* in the living room was moved into the adjacent dining room for the shoot. It was all returned perfectly! If anything is broken or damaged or other damage is caused, please let me know immediately. The production will need to stop until the degree of breakage is determined and compensation agreed upon. Kraft paper or plywood is required to be placed underneath equipment that is placed on the hardwood floor.
If any changes or the moving of any items results in damage, the production will be required to compensate for the loss.
Electrical
200 amp panel, upgraded household wiring. House power has been used in all of the shoots in my home. 5 Outdoor plugs are accessible, one of each side of the house, one on the dining room patio, and one at the back or house and one on the garage patio. Power is also available from inside the garage at the back of the property.
Producer
A $500 security deposit must be paid via Zelle after booking and before your start shoot date. It will be returned, via Zelle, in 3 days.
Adding the location (me) to a rider, usually on the $1 M equipment insurance policy, is sufficient.
If the total number of attendees is greater then 30, the booked amount, will be corrected at a charge: Booked Amlountx 1.5) will be requested.
The cleaning fee ($600) includes a fee for a site manager. The cleaning fee itself, covers cleaning in preparation for the shoot. We use UVA light sanitation before and after the shoot. You are expected to replace anything that was moved and clean before you leave. The site Manager will help you as necessary with issues in the location.
Any variations to the production rules must be approved and an additional charge will be requested. Last minute requests to a change will be computed at x1.5 of the agreed amount.
